Clients have the choice of embarking upon individual and/or group coaching, with a choice of either freestyle or process coaching within a program or session format.
Freestyle coaching works towards agreed outcomes in agreed timeframes, without structure or a set programme. Freestyle coaching suits individuals & groups who like to leave their options open and the freedom to creatively work towards their goals.
Process coaching works towards agreed outcomes in agreed timeframes, following a proven coaching methodology and program. Process coaching suits individuals & groups who like to systematically work towards their goals step by step.
Each program is designed for the individual needs of each person or group and the agreed outcomes of the coaching relationship. Most coaching relationships span over a 3-6 month time frame, and will be one of or a combination of the following:
Phone Coaching - sessions over the telephone Face to Face Coaching - sessions face to face with your coach Email Coaching - an ongoing coaching conversation via email One on One Coaching - individual coaching Group Coaching - more than one person in a session
Session times can range from, 20 mins, 45 mins, 1 hour, 1.5 hrs, 2 hrs, 3 hrs, half day and full day. Frequencies of session can range between, weekly, fortnightly, monthly or quarterly. |
