Business Building Modules Overview
Business Module 1 – Who am I and what do I want?
As soon as your program fee is received, you can begin this self-paced personal awareness module. You will immediately be forwarded via email, Module 1’s material that will include processes and resources for:
- Identifying, feeling and articulating your life purpose in your Personal Mission Statement
- Identifying your core Business and Life values
- Creating an aligned personal and business Life Vision
- Determining your personal yearly, monthly, weekly, and daily lifestyle and business planner
Business Module 2 – Business Branding and Identity
You will receive the material for this module two weeks prior to the Training & Mentoring Session, for reading, task completion and personal preparation. In this module you will be challenged and provoked to:
- Distinguish the primary and secondary purpose of your business
- Identify what distinguishes you and your business as unique
- Define and articulate the “personality” of your business
- Clearly identify and articulate what your business does and will NOT do
- Identify your businesses core products and services
- Incite your business reputation – what you are spoken about and known for
Business Module 3 – Ideal Client and Marketplace
In this module you will:
- Identify your ideal marketplace for your core products and services
- Discover and articulate your ideal client for your business
- Discover the lifestyle and habits of your ideal client
- Become your ideal client
- Attract your ideal client
- Determine who your product and service is NOT suited to
Business Module 4 – Marketing Secrets and Strategies
In this module you will:
- Discover what is critical and important in marketing your business
- Develop and distill a one page client acquisition strategy
- Develop and distill a one page client retention strategy
- Develop and distill a one page strategy for growing your existing clients
- Develop your 12 month marketing activity planner
- Learn the keys to successful advertising
- Design an advertisement
- Receive feedback on your advertisement for refinement and success
- How to develop and maintain a database that makes you money
Business Module 5 – Relationship Selling System
In this module you will:
- Learn a powerful system for turning people who need your product and service into paying clients
- Create your own system for developing your clients potential
Business Module 6 – The Art of Getting In
In this module you will:
- Learn the secret strategies for getting to new potential clients that you are unknown to
- Create a “cold calling” script, that once developed, will be your natural introduction for “getting in”
- Receive feedback on your “script” during live practice and experience sessions
- Develop genuine confidence and comfort in calling potential clients you are unknown to
- How to conduct a successful needs analysis first meeting and secure the next meeting (including needs analysis questions)
Business Module 7 – Design Engineering
In this module you will:
- Identify the key criteria for designing compelling presentations and client programs
- Design your Introductory Session (coaching, presentation or training)
- Receive feedback on your Introductory Session for refinement and success
- Develop genuine confidence in presenting the core mission and product/services of your business
Business Module 8 – Maximizing Word of Mouth
In this module you will:
- Discover how to start a word of mouth reputation and business
- Learn how to use public speaking and writing for getting referrals
- Learn the key ingredients in a successful Media Release
- Create your own Media Release
- Receive feedback on your Media release for refinement and success
- How to prepare for being interviewed; for print, radio or TV
Business Module 9 – Keeping It Up
In this module you will:
- Review and fine tune your business development system specifically for your business
- Learn how to maintain and evolve your business development system now and in the future
