Professional Coaching

As a pioneer into new forms of learning, Michelle helped found the field of professional coaching in Australia in 1997 and became a leading voice forging developmental and transformational coaching worldwide.

Michelle has co-authored two international handbooks on coaching and has been featured in two books recognising ‘the world’s most successful coaches’. She has coached thousands of individuals worldwide.

Together with Dr L. Michael Hall, she has co-developed cutting-edge coaching models used by professional coaches globally, while also training and certifying executive, business and personal coaches in more than 35 countries.

Michelle was a founding committee member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF) in Australasia in 2000. In 2004 she co-founded the International Meta-Coach Foundation (MCF) for research and accountability for the field to develop into a profession.

As a coach mentor, Michelle assists new and experienced coaches build ethical and realistic coaching practices and business success strategies.

Within Equilibrio International, the first business Michelle founded, she and a team of behavioural and developmental coaches work both personally and professionally with individuals and corporations.

Michelle’s personal specialty as a coach is working with entrepreneurs, thought leaders, CEOs, senior managers, executives and creative artists such as writers, speakers, producers, and actors.

Health - Energetic Living™

In 2002-2003 Michelle was diagnosed with an “incurable” systemic autoimmune disease and rare brain disease. She was given a prognosis of six months before she was expected to be deaf, blind and mute and two years before the “disease” would take her life.

Together, in an extraordinary account of friendship and healing, Michelle and her fellow colleague Sarah McIntyre, developed revolutionary new forms of integral healing.

Today they are both vibrant examples of that healing; living completely disease free.

As a result of their experience and the resources they have developed, Michelle and Sarah speak locally and internationally on their discoveries and consult to individuals, children, families, and healthcare professionals.

Integral Health solutions include, incurable diseases, autoimmune diseases (such as Systemic Lupus, Hashimotos, Vasculitis, Rheumatoid arthritis, Type 1 Diabetes, Multiple Sclerosis, etc) Parkinson’s Disease, Autism, ADD, ADHD, Aspergers, mental health and eating disorders.

Futurism - The New Human 2.0™

The New Human 2.0™ was identified between 2005-2007 by Michelle, Sarah McIntyre, Jen Hayes and Jan McIntyre. It is now further explored daily with many women and men around the world.

It is both an experiential discovery and modeling study into the new capacities of the human species and planet during this specific phase of human evolution.

The naming and language of The New Human is humbly inadequate, as the only true representation of it is through the felt sensation and experience of the DNA activation in the body and in relationship with the planet.

These discoveries are providing critical stimulus and some new answers for science, health, child-raising, education, relationships, sex, leadership, politics and socio-economic re-shaping.

Artistic Living

Michelle leads a simple, yet rich lifestyle, filled with much passion and laughter, shared with her wonderfully diverse community of loved ones.

Naturally Michelle experiences challenges and joys of a life well experienced; especially one that questions assumed societal norms and expectations.

She enjoys sampling new foods and other pleasure-filled indulgences. She loves adventure and surprises as simple as her near daily beach explorations, or of those to diverse places within our planet, hearts and souls.

Michelle delights in expression, especially in the art of film, theatre, dancing, singing, cooking, and loving.

She is currently playing with a new book and with various concepts for television and film.
