Success - Business Development Systems™
Success - BDS is a rigorous program designed for professional coaches and trainers to gain and capitalise from proven business development knowledge and skills in marketing and selling yourself as a professional coach, trainer, speaker and writer.
If you find yourself procrastinating, not knowing where to start, have difficulty maintaining momentum, or just find it plain tough doing business development alone, this program will provide you with the expert support, guidance, accountability and skills for making your coaching and training business a commercial success.
During this year-long training and mentoring program, using a synthesis of e-learning, course tasking and live training and mentoring sessions, you will participate with an exclusive group of peers from all over the world via an international TeleClass, with Michelle Duval.
You will gain critical business development skills, discover your own style of selling and by the end of the program you will have designed, tested and implemented your own unique Business Development System for taking your specific products and services to market, to earn a healthy income.
How is the program structured?
Strategically designed to incrementally develop your capacity for successfully running a business and for developing continuum thinking and planning, the program includes: an initial nine Business Building Modules that you will complete in the first nine months of the program, followed by another four rigorous Accountability Sessions - one each month for four months.
You receive each Business Building Module one at a time, having one full week to study the Module prior to each Live Session. Live Sessions are scheduled four weeks apart, and are two hours in duration. Facilitated over high quality international conferencing (you simply dial in from anywhere in the world using an inexpensive phone card or Skype), your sessions are recorded for your future referencing. Each Live Session is uniquely designed to focus on the Core Questions that your learning group has generated for each specific module.
Following each Live Session you have another two full weeks to work on each BDS Module, before it is due for submission. You will receive personal Feedback on your submission from Michelle Duval, that may further challenge, question and support you and your business models/systems. You also complete additional tasks that are specific to your business.
Who is this program for?
Passionate individuals committed to building a commercially viable, ethical and successful business. You may be a new coach or trainer getting started, or an experienced coach and trainer wanting to focus on growing your business.
You ideally have graduated from a professional coach training school, or The Meta-Coach Training System®, The McIntyre System™, Energetic Living™, NLP/NS Trainers Training, etc.
This program is not for you, unless you want to contribute to society, make money from your passions and are prepared to do whatever it takes (ecologically) to gain and develop these skills and become the person you need to become for this to be so.
Course Taking
Tasking assignments are set each live session for completion within a two week period. You must be prepared to dedicate many hours between sessions for each module (approx. one full day per week), completing tasks that involve working on your business. Completion of course tasks one week before each live session is required to keep your place on the program.

Success – Business Development Systems Overview by Modules
Learning Module 1 – Who am I and what do I want?
As soon as your program fee is received, you can begin this self-paced personal awareness module. You will immediately be forwarded via email, Module 1’s material that will include processes and resources for:
- Identifying, feeling and articulating your life purpose in your Personal Mission Statement. Identifying your core Business and Life values Creating an aligned personal and business Life Vision
- Determining your personal yearly, monthly, weekly, and daily lifestyle and business planner
Learning Module 2 – Business Branding and Identity
You will receive the material for this module two weeks prior to the Training & Mentoring Session, for reading, task completion and personal preparation. In this module you will be challenged and provoked to:

Learning Module 5 – Relationship Selling System
In this module you will:

Learning Module 6 – The Art of Getting In
In this module you will:

Learning Module 9 – Keeping It Up
In this module you will:
- Review and fine tune your business development system specifically for your business
- Learn how to maintain and evolve your business development system now and in the future
Accountability Sessions (4 Sessions)
After your successful completion of the nine BDS Modules, you will be challenged and held accountable for the full implementation and execution of your Systems in your business, each month, for four consecutive months.
