Nuts and Bolts
Programs are 3–6 months in duration, custom designed after an Introductory Coaching Session. Program sessions can be 20 minutes, 1-hour, 1.5-hours, or 2-hours in duration, conducted either face-to-face or via phone or video Skype. Most often sessions are 2-weeks apart some are weekly or monthly. Programs are charged on a program basis and paid for at the start of the program. We also offer payment plans and credit card payment.
