Excelerate - Coach Mentoring™ (ECM)

Who is it for?

The Group Mentoring Program is for coaches who are active and working with clients; both the New and Experienced Coach. You can participate in the Mentoring Group as a drop-in TeleClass - that is paying and attending on an ad-hoc basis; or actually participating in all six of the Sessions. Additionally you can just purchase the audio to download and listen at your leisure.

How is it structured?

We will be identifying who is on the call, and finding out what questions are to be answered. The group will decide what they would like to focus on, based on what is offered at the start of the call. These will include coaching challenges, ethical issues, skill development, coaching opportunities etc. For example:

How do I structure a coaching program for a client who has X goals and outcomes?
I want to maximise the use of the Axes of Change Model – how would I use it with X client, presenting with X?
I have a client who has a lot of inflexibility in X Meta-Program - how would you approach this?
I have a couple I am working with to develop X and I am not sure how to approach working with them?
I am working on getting my 7 Core Coaching Skills benchmarks up and am stuck with X skill – what do you advise?
I have a client with X situation and I want to see how I can use the Matrix Model & Axes of Change together – how would you suggest?
I want to move beyond performance coaching with X client - how would you approach this?
I am struggling with getting a solid KPI – what can I do?

These sessions are a great opportunity to network, connect, and learn from and with Coaches and Meta-Coaches from all over the world.
